Integrating LMPM and Safely.com means guest screening can be automated. When a booking is created in LMPM, guest information will sync over to Safely.com for an in-depth background check. Any issues with the guest will be flagged by Safely.com, and the property manager can take appropriate action.
Additionally, guest screening and insurance can be added to every booking. Bookings are synced between LMPM and Safely.com. Guest screening and damage and liability insurance of up to $1,000,000 protects homeowners and the property manager’s business and allows property managers to recruit more homes.
