Templates

1. Log in to your instance

2. Click on the three lines > Settings > CRM > Appearance

3. Choose your colors, logo options (optional), hero image (optional), website URL, contact numbers > save

4. Go to the Templates tab > go through and edit the default templates to your preferences

NOTES: Renaming the template after it has been edited makes it easy to identify what still needs to be edited

5. Create new templates by pressing New > select Type > fill out template > save

6. For any templates you don’t want, press on the template to open it and then press archive

7. Once you are satisfied with your templates, press Set Defaults and make sure the company defaults are all correct > press ok
