1. Log in to your instance
2. Click on the three lines > Settings > Accounting > Owner Contracts > New
3. Add in contract name, commission, split, and revenue recognition > we will go over the accounting section later > save
4. Repeat for all owners contracts you have
5. Click on the three lines > Owners > New Owner
6. Add in name, email, and other details you have of the owner > save
7. Repeat for all the owners you have
8. Click on the House Icon > View All > select a property > press edit > go to the operations tab
9. Under Owner Information add in owner contract, contract start and end date > add in owner(s), and percentage owned > save
10. Repeat for all properties
